Mind-blowing customer service with lots of helpful information for foreign travelers, staff who spoke English, super convenient iron and indoor laundry facilities, jaw-dropping wifi and breakroom, fantastic staff willing to print airline tickets and hold luggage.

Location was nice. Very close to the jr Nippori station and lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly even though their English wasn't perfect. Room was cozy, small, and area was quiet. Easy to get some sleep. We stayed on the 10th floor. Purpose of our trip was to visit areas around Tokyo and we used our room mainly for sleep. The double-room bed was big enough for two of us. Overall very decent room.

Room service and clean towels cost extra... Although, we knew this when booking our stay at this hotel. The room was really small for two, but we managed. I guess the size is normal for Japan though... Again, we expected this much.

The rooms come with cooking facilities and a refurbished bathroom, with easy access to the train station, and the staff are really helpful on request.

The location is superb - 5 minute easy walk to train station, right on Yamanote-sen, and a direct train ride to Narita airport. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room started to feel a little small after a few days, but I really can't complain with the price I paid. Internet connection was fast and reliable. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a really good experience. Neat hotel, services were excellent and location was best possible near the main transportation to airport. The breakfast with toast & da fry pan. The staff were professional and extremely helpful and offered guidance. Location: the property was just next door to Nippori Fabric Town, Close to the Ueno park, and convenience stores, restaurants and cafés.

The setting was average.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its central location. Being so close to the train station and public transport makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-equipped, with cooking facilities and even a breakfast option that includes toast and a fry pan for eggs.

All was ok, but there is room for improvement in some areas.

Was not informed that room cleaning service and exchanging towels/linen would be an extra charge until I checked in. Had assumed that such service was a given, considering that every other hotel in the world includes this in their rate.

This place offers brand-new rooms with modern facilities, including a private bathroom.

The rooms with great access to train station. Had a writing table, a vending machine and a pantry. Easy check-in, late check-out.

The rooms here were affordable and very clean. 🌟 the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. They offered a great selection of breakfast options with plenty of tasty treats.

Pleasant front of house staff, the hotel is small but works well, nice location and no-fuss, comfortable, safe, clean, functional modern hotel. Really handy for getting to/from Narita airport via the Keisei Skyliner from Nippori Station, which is a 5-min walk from the hotel. Irish pub, steak house, and a 24 hr eat/drink place across the road from the hotel means plenty to do. Good access for central Tokyo - Shinjuku is a direct train ride.

This inn is satisfied my need compared to the hotel price. Close to Nippori station, just 8 minutes walk, however, this station is not the big station. This hotel is easy access from Narita airport, it takes only 36 minutes by Keisei skyliner. Room is compact but enough space for medium built, not recommend for big built guys. Moreover, North exit, there is a supermarket named "Maruman Selection", goods' prices are much cheaper compared to convenient store.
